It is the delegates’ responsibility to book their accommodation. The rates below are $NZ and inclusive of GST, and are a special rate negotiated for NZOUG Conference delegates.
Please note it is a busy time in Wellington with the Black Caps vs England Test Match, we would encourage all delegates to book rooms early.
Contact the hotel directly to make a reservation, quoting the reference number NZOUG 2013, to ensure that you get the negotiated NZOUG rates — they will ask for your credit card details to secure the booking.
Please note in the event of a No-Show where by a room was booked and confirmed and the guest did not arrive without any cancellation notification hotels will charge the full accommodation fee as penalty. All cancellations/amendments must be received in writing.
Upon arrival at the hotel, each guest will be asked for a cash bond or credit card authorisation to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay.
